Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William, and you're listening to the medical medium radio show, where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else and is decades ahead of what's out there now.
This is the only health show anywhere that the information doesn't come from interest
groups and medical funding with strings attached, botched research, lobbyists, internal kickbacks,
persuaded belief systems, private panels of influencers, health field payoffs, or trendy
traps.
Can you believe it?
What does that mean?
What does that mean when I even say that?
That means in alternative medicine and conventional medicine, information that gets out there,
information that's all out there on the internet, at the clinics, you name it,
may not be all that's cracked up to what it's supposed to be.
That means that the thumb was on the scale.
That means money was changed hands.
That means things had to go in the direction they had to go to because it had to fit into the perspective of what we look at in medicine today.
That's just the way the ball rolls.
We don't do that here on the show.
This information on the show comes from a higher source, pure source, untampered with source, clean source, a clean source that doesn't have any of that attached to it, any of that.
There's an agenda behind information in both conventional and alternative information that gets out there.
And our healers and our practitioners and our doctors have to sift through that stuff.
And many of them do.
Many of them do.
And they collect the gems and jewels and they sift through it out there.
And a lot of guys and a lot of women, a lot of men, doctors, practitioners, they kind of pick and choose themselves because they know how things work out there too.
But a lot of times the trend train gets away from us and it carries along with it misinformation that doesn't help anybody's situation.
But yet we get sucked into it because it seems logical for the moment, but it's completely illogical later.
You know, what happens is that I see this every day.
And what we're talking about today is anxiety and depression.
That is one of the greatest places of mystery ever where nothing but theories have arose from the medical world of why somebody has anxiety and depression.
Theories and only theories.
No one knows what's going inside anybody's head, going on what's inside anybody's head in there.
Nobody knows.
And so it's incredible. It's incredible what happens. So with anxiety and depression, that's one of the ultimate places that this really fits in because interest groups want plenty of anti-anxieties, medications. That's the whole point. Medical funding with strings attached want to make sure that medications go a certain way in the end so we can take them.
botched research is just theories about the brain. I mean, it's unbelievable. And the same thing with
internal kickbacks. Hey, just get this to pass, get this to pass. Okay. Whatever, whatever you
can get this to pass. If somebody believes it's all about serotonin, it just, just convince the
world it's all about serotonin. Just, that's what you got to do. So here's the internal kickbacks
kicking in persuaded belief systems where, okay, now serotonin law is law. And then all we think
It's all serotonin-based, depression, anxiety.
And then the private panels of influencers.
And those are involved everywhere, alternative medicine.
It's just a touch of it.
You know, it's so funny.
It's so funny where someone was questioning my source.
Well, this happened to him and God since I was age four.
That's totally fine.
I'm totally open to questions of the source of where I get my information from spirit at the age four when I first heard the voice.
And someone said, you know what, whatever spirit you're listening to, it's not a good spirit.
It's not a good spirit at all.
And I'm scratching my head and I'm like, okay, it's not a good spirit.
Okay, it's only a voice that's given me information that's helped out tens of thousands of people over the decades.
I mean literally tens of thousands of people since I was young where I've been able to let them escape the traps that have occurred from early Lyme disease to you name it the traps that they would have.
There's people out there.
Their destinies have changed.
They're living their lives.
They're living their lives better than ever before.
And meanwhile, they were given some horrible diagnosis back 30 years ago that kept them from moving forward because they didn't even have an answer to understand it.
And the voice that I hear perfectly clear has given clarity to people and have given them lives, their lives back.
So I'm scratching my head like, okay, wait a minute.
And I'm always open to anything anybody has to say.
I'm always open.
I don't shut it down.
I never shut it down.
So this person's saying, well, you know, it's got to be a bad voice.
It's got to be a bad spirit.
It's got to be a bad spirit.
So I really don't want to read your books.
I don't want to know nothing.
It's just, it's got to be a bad spirit.
I said, why do you think that?
I mean, what's in your head to think that?
And the person said, well, first of all, you know, I was kind of looking into you a little bit.
And I saw that this voice that you hear always talks and doesn't give you any breaks.
I said, yeah, yeah, go ahead, go ahead, keep on going.
And this person said, it doesn't give you any breaks.
So it's harsh on you.
It's mean to you.
It just talks and talks and talks.
And it doesn't let you ever shut it off.
It doesn't let you ever cut it off.
It doesn't let you ever stop and do other things.
So it can't be a good spirit.
I go, okay, first of all, I call the voice spirit.
But if you read book one in Origins, I explain exactly what spirit has said to me.
Exactly to what the voice really is.
That's number one.
So you have to look at that.
But number two, first of all, here's what would have happened.
And I've asked spirit since I was younger, why must you torment me and make sure that no matter where I am, whether I'm in class in school, in elementary school, or I'm in a crowd or I'm at the movie theater, why must you tell me what's going on with everybody's health around me and triplicate, no matter who I meet, no matter who I'm in front of.
And then why are you teaching me this to this degree and not giving me that breathing room that I need?
And I've asked that to spirit.
You know what spirit said?
We don't do it this way.
You're going to just not do it.
You're just going to shut it off and move on.
You're not going to help people.
And spirit was 100% right.
If this was a voice that I could just call on when I want to and when I feel like it,
Oh, okay. A month has gone by and I just got off this great cruise and I'm having a great time.
And a month has gone by and I just call spirit now to help this one person out.
Let me just call spirit now. Spirit's my servant at my whim and will.
Let me just call spirit my servant. First of all, spirit's not my servant.
I'm serving spirit. I'm serving you and spirit. I'm serving spirit to serve you.
That's the whole point. That's the whole point. And if in spirit was right, if I had this thing,
I would probably let six months go by before calling spirit. Why do I want to know anything
at 10 years old about anybody's health? Why do I want to know? Why should I care? I want to ride
a bicycle. I want to hop on a skateboard. I mean, why should I know? I would never call spirit. I
just be like, let me just do what I want to do. And let me follow the dreams I want to follow.
And then that would be it.
And then what?
Come out 30 years later and be like, well, I have the ability to call on spirit and help somebody.
That's not going to cut it.
I've helped a lot of people in my day.
And I told this person this.
They still didn't get it.
They still didn't get it.
And I realized, oh, that's right.
You made up your mind.
Whatever it is that's in your head, you made up your mind.
You know, so, but I serve you guys.
I serve you guys.
Okay?
That's the bottom line.
That's the bottom line.
We're talking about anxiety and depression today.
Sorry about the long intros.
I can't help it.
I can't help it.
Let's go into the meaty, meaty stuff.
Let's go into the nitty gritty.
Let's go into the tough stuff.
Anxiety, depression.
Anxiety, depression ain't no joke.
Man, it ain't no joke.
When someone's depressed, and here's the thing.
And when someone's got anxiety, it can be severely crippling, just absolutely crippling in such an unbelievable way.
And here's the thing.
There are so many different varieties of anxiety.
Did you know?
Not everyone's anxiety is the same.
You probably knew that, but get this.
Even bigger than that, no one's anxiety is the same.
So let's just say how many people have some form of anxiety on the planet or just, or in the U S or overseas or anywhere on the planet. Let's see how many people have anxiety. Not one of them is the same. Not one of them having anxiety equals the other person having anxiety. Not one.
Okay, we can call it anxiety, but it's not identical.
It's so darn signature.
It's so darn signature.
I'm the only one who's ever said this because I learned it from spirit.
You know, it's so signature to each person's design, each person's soul, each person's being, each person's physical body, each person's experience, each person's life, each person's nervous system.
Each person's brain cells, each person's liver, each person's heart, each person's level of compassion, each person's level of caring, each person's just life experience.
I think I've said experience before.
I mean, it's different.
And it ranges from subtle, subtle, subtle differences that are unbelievably subtle to extreme differences that are like, holy cow, off the chart.
But every single person, human being, soul on the planet does not have the same or there's not one and another person out there that has the same kind of anxiety to the T, the same identical anxiety.
No, it doesn't exist.
It's not possible.
It's not there.
It won't happen.
That's the bottom line.
Yours is different than someone else's.
It might have similarities.
You might find another bumblebee.
You might find another bumblebee in the hive.
That's some similarities.
I promise you it's not going to be identical.
It can't be.
It's not possible because we're going to talk about why people have anxiety.
And same with depression.
It's not possible.
It's not possible.
Even if two people are depressed for the same reason because they lost their loved one or they got into a heartbreak or something happened or they got fired from a job for no reason or whatever it is.
That's making them depressed or it's just mystery and it's just a depression.
It can't be the same.
It's not possible.
It's not possible.
It's not the bottom line.
Everybody's is different.
I want to talk about serotonin, the serotonin theory.
Unbelievable how that slipped in.
Perfect example of, of what's happened in the industry.
Nobody knows what's going on inside anybody's head.
So they can come up with anything, anything, anything.
And you're going to, you know what?
That's a funny thing.
You might run into someone.
You could run into someone and it just totally just sucked into whatever science says.
Science says it's law.
But science has no, no, no.
How should I say this?
Science has no place in chronic illness.
No, because it has no credibility.
at all. Oh, science is all credibility. You're not credible. If you don't know science,
science is where the credibility is. Weight and measure. That's the credibility. I'm sorry.
Science has no credibility in chronic illness, especially mystery, chronic illness,
no credibility whatsoever. It's not credible there. Sorry. It's not. You could be a biologist.
You could be a scientist. It's getting no credibility in chronic illness
because it's never going to hold a candle to why someone has anxiety versus someone else who
doesn't. It's never going to be weighed and measured in depression. I'm sorry. It can't be.
It's never going to be. I don't care what bogus crap comes out. Like serotonin is all about
anxiety and depression. I don't care what comes out because that's what science has to do. They
have to come out with some theory and if they have to make it law and rule because they have
to in order to sell something in some way. That's just the way it works. And chronic illness,
anxiety, depression, and then everything else in chronic illness that we talk about in all
these different shows and all the different topics and everything else you guys know about
all of it. Science and research has no credibility there. I'm sorry. Just like chronic fatigue
syndrome. They've renamed it eight times, seven times. I don't know what it is now. I don't keep
track anymore. They've renamed it. It's just no credibility. And I'm saying this because the
serotonin thing is prime example. So prime. Okay. The theory, remember the theory of serotonin,
this isn't an actual weight and measured process. This is an actual theory. Just so you know,
there's no science behind serotonin that really depicts or says what it does. And, and, and any
signs you find on it was theory. Here's the theory. It's, it controls your social mood,
your social behavior. It controls your appetite. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. It controls your
sleep. It controls your libido. This is all theoretical nonsense about serotonin. Serotonin
has nothing to do while somebody's in agony with anxiety or depression. I'm going to tell you right
there. That's the bottom line because that's the theory that it does. What's serotonin's true role?
It's just to help peristaltic action in the intestinal tract. That's its real role. That's
its true role. It's to aid in peristaltic action. And even if you're low in serotonin in the gut,
you're still going to have peristaltic action. I'm sorry. You're still going to have peristaltic
action. And if you don't have peristaltic action, like so many people don't have,
it's not serotonin caused. You can have lots of serotonin in your intestinal tract with
no peristaltic action because you got something else, an inflammatory condition
caused by some, some pathogen that we talk about in the show all the time, or a liver problem or
pathogen inside the liver, whatever it is. But serotonin's true role is to aid in peristaltic
action in the intestinal tract, is to aid in peristaltic action. I'm going to say it over
and over again. I'll tell you why, because it doesn't control anxiety and depression and has
nothing to do with anxiety and depression. Unbelievable. And that's a problem, major problem,
A major problem.
Because what that is, once again, is nonsense that becomes law and then gets impregnated into every single professional.
Gets into everybody's head.
And it's going to slow things down a hundred years to knowing why people have anxiety and depression.
That's why we do this show.
And that's why spirit got on my butt when I was young and said, no, I'm not going to let you just call on me when you feel like it, Anthony.
Little Anthony.
Okay?
I'm not going to let you just call on me when you feel like it after you had your skateboard fun and you played on your bike and then forgot about me and then you did your homework.
And then maybe you called on me a month later when summer came around and you got out of school.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
That's not going to help people at all.
I can't turn this off.
That's right.
Just like I can't give you, you know, I can't give you anything but the truth about serotonin.
Now, let's talk about what's going on in somebody's head.
Let's talk about that.
There's so many different variables with anxiety, and I'll tell you why.
There's injury and wounds that can happen from neurotransmitters burning out,
from heat occurring to the neuron, heat because of emotional stress.
You go through a trauma, you wouldn't believe the intense heat that occurs internally.
It's an explosion.
It's combustion that no one understands. Science and research has no idea what happens to electrical impulses as they run across a neuron on a neurotransmitter chemical.
It's lightning. It's lightning bolts. Internally, it has the ability to equate or equal to lightning bolts in our modern reality.
reality, meaning here when you're standing here and lightning comes out of the sky and it hits
you and you're dead or, or you're crippled or you survive miraculously because an angel jumps in
front of it and sticks the angel six, her hand, her hand up. You notice how I say her because
yeah, because most angels that come down here and do the dirty work, they're, they're female angels.
That's the ones down here doing the dirty work, cleaning up everybody's mess,
watching everybody's back you name it so as that angel comes down and sticks her hand up and blocks
that bolt from killing you if you're lucky if she can get there in time because she's busy saving
somebody else too because there's not a lot of angels believe it or not to what is happening to
the earth right now and what's going on out there we're gonna do an angelic show actually that's why
i'm talking about that in the moment because i had that on my mind
but what's happening is that lightning bolt that that can come down from the sky that energy
exists inside our brain, but on a scale that's different. It's totally on a different scale.
It's on a scale that you can handle internally. But what happens is when that storm, when that
storm increases, because you just got some bad news, you just got some bad news, bam,
bad news, like slam. Okay. Sit down. You got some bad news, whatever that is.
even if it doesn't seem like it's that bad,
some people can react really bad if they got post-traumatic stress syndrome
from getting bad news too much or something happening.
A fire happens inside the brain.
Those electrical impulses become so hot that if we were the size of that,
if we were a molecule the size of that, our body, and we went near that,
we would burn up in a second,
just like when a lightning bolt comes and burns us up when it hits us.
and so we get intense heat in the brain intense heat emotional heat what that does is it burns
that burns out neurotransmitter chemicals chemicals chemicals that are made out of glucose
magnesium potassium glucose glucose yeah i'm going to say glucose that's right carbohydrate
carbohydrate, which protects you from this potassium, sodium, sodium, and then chloride,
chloride separate to believe it or not. Sodium, sodium, salt, and chloride,
different variety. All these are neurotransmitter chemical built into,
they're all part of a neurotransmitter, a little bit of calcium, not a lot,
little bit of calcium is in that neurotransmitter chemical too. Just a little bit of calcium.
and they're important these neurotransmitter chemicals this is like the chemical that sits
on the neuron that says bring it on let's get that lightning bolt through here bring it on that
lightning bolt hops on that neuron and it electrical impulse and it runs across that neuron
lightning fast and it uses the neurotransmitter as a buffer agent as a buffer agent as a as a
as a device to cross the neuron.
It's like ice and you're sliding across.
But when that heat's intense and it keeps on coming,
it keeps on coming.
Those neurotransmitter chemicals,
they just start to break down.
They start to burn up.
They start to break down.
Serotonin.
Serotonin has nothing to do with any of it.
I mean,
it just,
it's,
oh my God,
it's absurd what happens in the industries.
I can't help it.
I have to be sarcastic.
I have to be snarky.
I can't help it.
It's the one thing I told spirit when I was younger.
I said,
I'm never going to change.
I'm never going to change.
You're going to give me the information and I'm going to make fun of things out there to some degree.
And I'm going to be snarky and sarcastic.
Spirit said,
if that's what you have to do,
then do it.
If that's what you have to do in order to do,
do this your whole life,
then do it.
I can't help it.
And because when I see what happens to people and what they go through,
It kills me.
So I have to balance it because it kills me.
You know, I've seen so much go on with people's health over the years.
So much unnecessary stuff.
I still can't believe it.
And I got to bang my head on my desk in my office once in a while.
My assistant, my assistant will come in.
She'll see me, my head down on my desk.
And she'll be like, what now?
I'll be like, I just can't believe what people have to go through and how this information isn't even out there yet.
After all that I've done in the decades, I just can't believe it.
So, okay. So it's not serotonin is what I'm saying. But what happens is that electrical
storms, unlike anything else, when we're under stress, when we're under pressure and we need
more glucose and a lot of people don't have enough glucose in the brain because they're
burning it out all the time or they're doing something that they're not eating right to get
the glucose to the brain to protect them, to stop this from happening so that anxiety doesn't start
up. Where does the anxiety come from? It comes from the heat burning brain tissue, the heat,
because the electrical impulses are so hot,
they're constantly burning out the neurotransmitter chemicals,
and the tissue adjacent to all of it gets too hot,
and it starts to tether.
It starts to wane.
It starts to wax.
It can be cured.
It can be healed.
It can be fixed, but it starts to wax.
And that's a big part of where anxiety comes from,
and every body's is different.
Every brain cell is different than someone else's brain cell.
Every glial cell.
Everything.
Every blood vessel.
And you know, the thing is, and the thing is, but what's not different,
wait a minute, what's not different is the amount of glucose people need.
They need a lot of glucose in the brain.
And they need glucose.
It's one of the most powerful, potent, protective agents that God gave us to protect our brains and stop anxiety.
And that's why people with depression, anxiety, stuff down the sugar and stuff down the sugar and stuff down the sugar.
And depression, depression is really anxiety sometimes.
But then depression, people get anxiety and then boom, they get severe depression for three days after they had some anxiety.
Or it switches back and forth.
Or it's just, you know, there's some people with no anxiety and they have tons and tons of depression, but eventually anxiety could come.
I mean, you know, but that's what I mean.
Everybody is different.
Every single case.
I don't care who it is, what it is.
But you can take a million psychiatrists and add all their patients together and not one will be the same, I promise.
And here's the thing.
You know, here's the thing.
So it's about electricity in the brain.
And that's a big part of it about what we go through.
But there's something else going on too.
Toxic heavy metals rule the gamma.
They rule the gamma for anxiety and depression.
Toxic heavy metals mean everything for anxiety and depression.
Mean everything.
It's unbelievable.
Mercury, aluminum, cadmium, lead, arsenic.
I probably forgot a couple.
Copper.
You know, there's even more.
Steels.
Yeah, alloys.
And what happens is you have all these different metals inside the brain
because we eat off of forks and spoons.
We eat off of all this cheap steel from China.
All the hardware we use in our mouth now that we're all using, it's all from China.
Not everything from China is bad.
I'm just saying, but these forks and spoons are terrible.
It's all from China.
But it's really not high quality.
the forks and spoons. They make them real cheap. They send them. They're not, they're not,
they're malleable in a, in, in not a good way. They leech. So we're all using those in restaurants
and at home, just all cheap silverware, just constantly. We're getting all that metal just
wearing out, wearing out. Did you ever see a spoon that was worn out? An old spoon that's worn out?
Where'd all that go? Where did all that go? The dishwasher? No, it went in our mouths. That's where it went. That's what I mean by cheap steel. Yeah. Cheap steel made out of nickel and chrome and God knows what and whatever.
and so you know it's metals play a big role i mean you get one mercury filling come i can't
tell you how many people have gotten a mercury filling out and they got the first bout of anxiety
shortly after or they've gotten all their mercury fillings out and they got the worst anxiety and
panic for the next 10 years and they're on benzodiazepines i've seen it all
but anxiety i mean a big part of it's the metal so what does it mean the metal settle in different
places and different varieties of metals. You could never have the same group of metals and
the same combination metals in somebody's head to make the same kind of anxiety. It's not even
possible. It's not even possible. My God. So we have to get metals out of our head. We have to,
when we're dealing with anxiety, we have to build up neurotransmitter chemicals
and we have to build up our neurons, like create new neurons.
and we have to get the electrolytes from our foods to stop anxiety and depression.
You know, I said something many, many years ago.
I said something many, many years ago.
Spirit taught me that anxiety can't kill you.
It won't kill you.
Well, it can keep you locked up in your house.
It can cripple you.
It won't kill you.
A panic attack won't kill you.
And I put that out there many, many years ago.
And it came back around.
It came back around.
Someone was trying to give me advice a little while ago and said, if you ever do an anxiety show, you make sure you say how it can't kill you.
I said, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Wherever you got that from, thank spirit.
Thank spirit.
Don't thank me, but thank spirit.
Because that is so true.
And that is so powerful.
It came around the bend.
I mean, it just came full circle around the bend.
I mean, who knows where that traveled to get back to me like that?
It was a reminder that we're doing good stuff.
Thank God.
Thank you, spirit.
Because it saved a lot of people.
I'm sure it did because I've seen it help people because they feel like they're going to die.
They feel like they're going to be taken out.
They feel like they're going to lose it.
It can't take you out.
It can't kill you.
Even if your heart races, even if you lose your breath, even if you're not going to die.
something to think about something to think about it even helps to lower the anxiety when
you know it can't a very important very important to know so i want to talk about depression a
little bit too depression is also based on a few things you could have the emotional wounds you can
also have the heavy metals some people have a blend they have too many emotional wounds
and not enough healing in between yet because you're not catching a break.
You know how things come in three?
They don't always come in three and all that kind of stuff.
That's just, that's kind of the folklore thing or superstition.
But, you know, it can come in ones and it can come in fives, whatever.
I've seen it all in life.
They don't come at all for a while, whatever.
But the bottom line is that we can get a lot of wounds
and not have a lot of rebooting time.
We could also have a severely deficient diet to not rejuvenate neurotransmitters, chemicals, to not rejuvenate brain cells, to not rejuvenate neurons, to not rejuvenate our nervous system, our central nervous system in general, which is brain.
But central nervous system and brain, it's your whole nervous system, I always say.
And then we go deficient.
We go terribly deficient.
We're not eating good for years.
Then we have a crappy experience.
And then our heavy metals are building up.
starting to oxidize. And I talk about that. Heavy metals oxidize. They run off like toxic waste from
a dump site into a river and they oxidize and then electrical impulses bump into them and knock into
them and nothing goes right. And then anxiety can just get caused by that alone. Another thing
that's anxiety and depression based that happens, it's adrenals. Adrenaline. Adrenaline is a big
thing that burns up the neurotransmitter chemicals to really set us up for anxiety and depression.
It's adrenaline. If an experience made you really run your adrenaline, you're possibly
going to be depressed for the next few days afterwards. But that's just, you know, that's
just an acute attack of an adrenaline attack based on some kind of reaction to what's going on.
But long-term cortisol, adrenaline being kind of always, always, uh, steamed up,
that adrenaline always being released, always being amped up, always being,
you know, pushed into the bloodstream causes long-term damage. Say someone doesn't eat right.
Someone's not doing the adrenal snacks. I always say someone's not eating every couple of hours
or going four hours out of eating. They're drinking all this coffee. They're not sleeping
that good, whatever it is. Then eventually the adrenaline starts to burn up neurotransmitters.
And by the time they're 30, by the time they're 40, who knows? Everybody's different. Everybody's
different. By the time they're at a certain age, all of a sudden, wham, they got anxiety for the
first time. Now they're at the doctor. The doctor's doing a checkup, doing a investigating.
Here, take these pills off on your way. If you go to the natural route, you know, yeah,
take these herbs off on your way. But we have to take care of our adrenals. We have to build up our
nervous system. We have to take care of ourselves. All of this is vital and important with anxiety
and depression. Now, anxiety is nothing to shake a stick at. You know, it's no joke.
I mean, I've seen people suffer with anxiety. I mean, look, you probably have dealt with it
and you're probably dealing with it now, some of you. And it's brutal. It's brutal. But you can,
we can get past it together. We can move forward. We can do this. And I'm going to give you some
good tips. We're going to get rid of the heavy metals number one, because many of you got that
going on. We're going to build up the neurotransmitter chemicals because you need that.
We're going to get the electrolytes in you the way we're supposed to. We're going to build up
your magnesium deficiencies. It's all part of it. We're going to get the right glucose to your brain.
This is exciting. This is a good day. This is a good day, not a bad day. This is a good day.
And for anybody who's ever dealt with depression, that's nothing to shake a stick at at all.
At all. I mean, depression is, I mean, there's people that live in a land of hopelessness inside their mind.
And even, I mean, I've seen people with who can reason it out and reason it out and still, and just say, but the depression is so, it takes over.
And they can't just snap out of it. There's no snapping out of it.
there's no you know it's amazing how people you know the things that people have been told to
snap out of the depression and break out of it and change it i mean it's hard but we can change
that we get those toxic heavy metals out which depression but that's a big one for depression
is the toxic heavy metals that's a huge one mercury especially mercury mercury such a
such a big one. Aluminum is a big one too for depression. Aluminum. Where are you getting
aluminum? You got it somewhere. You got it somewhere. It's everywhere. It's falling out
of the sky right now. I mean, I'm not saying that to get everybody all nervous, but you wouldn't
believe what's being dropped out of the sky on us. I'm not just talking about plain old jet fuel.
I mean, the stuff being dropped out of the sky that we're inhaling when we go out there on a
hot summer day is a lot different than it was 20 years ago. I could tell you that.
So we just amp ourselves up and we override it and we get stronger and we beat it.
But heavy metals are everywhere. They fall out of the sky. They're in,
they're in our food. You go to restaurants. You wouldn't believe you go to restaurants.
There's no such thing. I call them medieval restaurants or medieval.
And, and someone's probably getting mad at me right now. Someone probably has,
actually probably runs a really good restaurant and they got some good food going and they care
about what they're doing. And, and they're probably cursing me right now. And I, listen,
I'm talking about the majority of your regular conventional restaurants. Okay. I'm not talking
about your restaurant and, uh, and they're medieval. It's like literally like a thousand
years, a thousand years ago, 800 years ago, restaurants from 400 years ago using these
pots and pans and they're scraping the hell out of the bottom of these pans with metal tools.
You know, every now and then I'll watch a cooking show, try to take my mind off of spirit,
try to get spirit, you know, let spirit diagnose, you know, somebody on the cooking channel. How
about that? Or somebody on a cooking show so I can deal with that. Okay. And maybe, you know,
whatever, but watch a cooking show for 10 minutes or something like that. And just,
just for fun once in a while or online, you know, watch a little cooking show online and you see
somebody with a metal, you know, a metal spatula and they're just scraping the hell. They're trying
to braise some meat. They're trying to braise some meat at the bottom of a pan or a bottom of a pot.
And they're just trying to burn the bottom, that bottom of the meat, they're braising it.
And they're just scraping the hell out of the bottom of that pot. And they see on that pot
marks and scratches all on the outside, the inside. You could just look, it's a disaster.
It's like, it's like, it's where's all that going where I want to know where all that,
where all that's going. You ever walk into a kitchen, a conventional kitchen, or even,
you know, what, even some of the unconventional kitchens, you walk in, you see all the metal
tools. They're all worn down. All the spatulas and spoons, five years of scraping and banging
around in pots and pans. Where did all that go? I know where it went. You know where it went now.
So we got a lot of metals to get out. That can add on to a depression. To say you're already
dealing with mercury toxicity or some kind of heavy metal toxicity causing your depression,
and it's in the left temporal lobe. It's in the left hemisphere. It's in the right hemisphere.
It's, you know, it's in the front lobe and frontal lobe or whatever it is by the pituitary where it's
by the pineal, whatever it is, that metal settles in.
And you've got that going on.
And you already have that severe depression,
and your neurotransmitters are already taxed in general
because you've also experienced some hardships and some wounds,
which wax and wanes the brain tissue around the neurons I was talking about earlier.
And then all of a sudden, you're eating a nice meal that's just loaded with metal.
We can stop this.
We can turn it around.
We've got to be careful, first of all, with what we do with our food, what we're eating and everything.
And then we also have to make sure we get the heavy metals out, get the heavy metal toxicity out because we need to.
That's a big point.
That's a big part.
I'm going to talk about some supplements and foods next too.
There's so much about anxiety and depression that I know I need more time.
But I'm just giving you some of the stronghold on it.
But the serotonin theory has always been a disaster.
It still is.
But, hey, I get it.
You have to subscribe to it because it became law.
Who cares where it derived from and how it originally started and how it was just a theory to begin with and how it was licensed into law?
Who cares about all that nonsense?
It became law so everybody lives by it.
Well, I care.
I care.
And you guys should care, and I know you do.
All right.
So let's talk about some different things. So supplements, supplements that can help
with anxiety and depression. First of all, magnesium is really important. You know that.
I like the magnesium glycinate. Also magnesium threonate, L3 and 8. I like L3 and 8. That's
another one too. L3 and 8 is a great one for anxiety, a great one for depression.
It's something to consider.
You know, there's Neuromag.
That's one.
There's MagMind.
These are two, you know, two types of the same kind of supplement, MagMind or Neuromag.
And they have a good L3 and 8.
L-glutamine.
Send me another amino acid.
That's actually, L-glutamine is actually really helpful for depression and anxiety, both.
L-glutamine.
Now, you could have a, it's not going to be so specific because everybody has one that's different.
So you have to, you talk to your practitioner, talk to your best friend, who's your, whatever it is.
And you tell them, look, I want to try some L-glutamine.
What do you think?
I also want to try some L-threonate.
And you got to see, because everybody's different with how they feel and their type of anxiety and their type of depression.
So magnesium glycinate, you know, that's a good magnesium for depression and anxiety.
I always like that one.
That one's good.
A calcium is not even that bad.
That's actually good too.
You don't want to do a lot of calcium.
It's hard on the kidneys.
It's heavy on the kidneys.
But I do like a calcium-magnesium combination.
Get a really high-quality one.
You know, if you're confused at which ones are good or what, you know, medicalmedium.com.
I got the directory.
That's a directory for supplements.
Someone said one time, oh, you're just one of those again.
Everybody's selling something, and that's what you're tricking us.
I said, I'm not selling anything.
It's a directory, for God's sake.
go there and and get what you know what you're gonna get so that's um and that's what you do
you get the magnesium glycinate you get the right calcium magnesium these are important you know
rescue remedy i i'm i'm torn i've always been torn they've always had alcohol in their flower
essences i just i can't stand the alcohol thing i gotta tell you so many people have viruses and
And which we're going to talk about next.
That's the next thing.
I just wanted to get supplements covered a little bit.
And so many people have different viral issues and stuff like that.
And the alcohol is not good.
And so many people are alcohol sensitive.
And a lot of times with alcohol remedies, you know, you're getting kind of relaxed by the alcohol itself.
I just don't like that.
But I like Rescue Remedies gummies, those little chewables.
The Rescue Remedy, it's in a package.
It's in a little package.
it looks like, you know, those old candies that used to be in the old day, they were like hard,
these little raspberry candies. And they're, they're in a little tin, the little tin round
tin can. I remember when I was a kid, I was like, Whoa, these are awesome. And spirit was like,
don't eat those. And I was like, no, these are, these are incredible. I couldn't get enough of
those when I was a kid, little kid. Right. And, um, well, you know, rescue remedies, they have
that. The company has that, these little chewies. I've seen them take the heat off of some people's
anxiety. Not everybody, but I've seen it help a little. Passionflower is a funny one. Hops are a
funny one. You can always get a hops tincture, passionflower tincture and give it a try.
My favorite is lemon balm tinctures. Lemon balm tinctures. Of course, alcohol free.
The lemon balm. And you know that, that's always been, always been my favorite because it really
has, I've seen that knock down anxiety for, for so many people. It was unbelievable.
And see, if you don't talk to a practitioner on the amount you can take, you know, you could be
liberal about it. You know, I, I just, you know, like three, four dropper fulls, you know, if I'm
going to, you know, if I'm going to be up against them, bad news or something, or if I'm helping
out somebody and they're going through so much, I might just be like, okay, I'm going to take four
dropperfuls of this lemon balm just just to make sure the electricity in the brain doesn't overtake
because we're emotional creatures all of us because we we react because we have we we love
people we we don't want to see people suffer we don't want to see people hurting we don't want to
See, you know, we don't want to, meaning like we get affected.
Compassion, you know, we have compassion and we get affected and we feel,
if you ever feel bad for a friend and you just want to give them a hug, you know, exactly.
So the electricity could amp up.
What if there's confrontation too?
People are up against confrontation all the time.
Do the lemon balm if you're up against confrontation.
You'll cool down the liver.
You'll cool down the brain.
You'll cool down the electrical impulses.
You'll cool down the neurotransmitters so they don't burn up so fast.
The lemon balm, I love for that.
Lemon balm, lemon balm.
Someone said, you like lemon balm so much.
Yeah, because it's like a miracle herb.
It's a miracle herb.
It's literally a miracle herb.
Okay?
It is.
And then you've got GABA.
Gamma, you know, what is it?
Gamma amino butric acid.
Right?
GABA.
I like GABA.
Some people don't like it.
Some people try it.
They hate it.
Some people love it, can't live without it because everybody's anxiety and depression is different.
Once again, can't say that again.
I mean, I can't say it enough.
GABA is really good.
Pharma GABA.
Get the right one.
Get the right one.
Pharma GABA and the right kind of pharma GABA.
The one that I like.
Okay.
That's a great one for anxiety, depression.
Takes down the heat as well.
California poppy love that one California poppy love love love California poppy
because it's not only a pain reliever to some degree natural pain reliever drops the anxiety
down it drops the depra it could even drop depression raise your mood I mean it's a great
one California poppy I don't like valerian so much and if you like valerian it's working for
you. Yeah. Keep on it. If something's working for you and I'm saying, you know, Hey, I don't like
it, but you love it. It's working for you. Then Hey, fine. Keep on it. Of course. But I'm not a
big Valerian fan because a lot of people have sensitive nerves. And even though Valerian
supposed to calm nerves, I find it kind of jolting for a lot of people. I'm trying not to,
you know, attack the Valerian people out there in the world. Just saying it's, it's,
I just haven't seen enough out of Valerian to be a believer.
And spirit has never been like, yeah, Valerian, Valerian, Valerian.
And when I've said, okay, Valerian, and I know why,
spirit's never been a big component of an advocate of Valerian.
B12, the right kind.
Methicobalamin, adenosylcobalamin.
Those two right there.
That one right there.
The B12, the right kind of B12.
Melatonin.
Yeah, some people hate it. Some people love it. And melatonin. Some people, they love Barry Manilow. Some people hate Barry Manilow. It's like that with melatonin. I get it. But melatonin, that's a great one to try.
um build up electrolytes build up neurotransmitter chemicals coconut water
celery juice oh the celery juice again why because it's a miracle as well i've seen it
save lives i've seen it return people's lives back all the way back no one juiced a straight
celery i was the first and hopefully i'm not the last hopefully the whole world knows how to do it
Okay?
I don't care if they say, hey, you know, it tastes so salty.
I don't care if people say, hey, I don't like the taste.
Can I put 10 apples in it?
Yeah, you can.
But do straight celery if you're dealing with anxiety and depression.
Because what it's going to do, it's going to send mineral salts, the right kind of undiscovered subgroups of mineral salts, to the neurotransmitter chemicals, to those electrical impulses, to the neurons, to the brain cells, to the glial cells.
to everything that it needs to go.
It's going to get those mineral salts up there, build up your electrolytes.
You got to drink a nice big fat glass of it, 16 ounces, 18 ounces a day, a day.
Do that.
You drink that.
Big one.
That's a big one.
The coconut water I said before, that's a big one too.
That is as well.
Lots of fruits, vegetables, lots of fruit, different kinds of fruits.
Bananas, incredible for anxiety.
Bananas, incredible for depression.
Amazing.
But seriously, I mean, fruits are important.
Papaya, banana, mangoes.
All these are great for depression.
Any kind of fruit, really.
Wild blueberries are especially good, actually, for depression and anxiety.
Wild blueberries get rid of toxic heavy metals.
Do the heavy metal detox.
Heavy metal detox.
Now, anxiety and depression could also be part viral or viral.
Epstein-Barr is a huge anxiety creator.
That's why everybody's is different.
Like I said before, it's a huge depression creator because Epstein-Barr feeds off of heavy metals.
That's why I want the heavy metals out.
So the Epstein-Barr can't feed off of heavy metals.
When it feeds off of heavy metals, it releases them, eliminates them more toxic than when they came in.
It becomes neurotoxic, neurotoxic.
And those neurotoxins, short circuit, short circuit neurotransmitter chemicals and electrical impulses, which cause anxiety and depression.
So people with Epstein-Barr, people with chronic fatigue syndrome from Epstein-Barr end up depressed.
People with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, the list goes on because of Epstein-Barr.
Hashimoto's because of Epstein-Barr, they get depressed.
Next thing you know, they got anxiety, depression, and they got Hashimoto's.
so that's another thing to be you know to consider is get the heavy metals out so your viral load
has nothing to feed on get the eggs get the dairy products out so your viral load has nothing to
feed on take the lemon balm start knocking out your viral load you can do a little bit of licorice
if you need to knock out your viral load lots of l-lysine knock out your viral load okay i mean
just start dropping it lots of vitamin c can be really helpful for anxiety and depression because
vitamin C knocks down any kind of viral load. It also helps detox, detox the body. Some people,
they can't do the vitamin C because their lymphatic system is so toxic, their liver is so toxic
that they can't detox properly at all. So when you put vitamin C in, it's just too much of a
cleanup. They can't handle it. So they got to, so that's when you do a little bit of the celery
juice. That's when you do the cucumber juice. That's when you bring in more fruit. That's when
you do lemon water. All that's incredible. Lemon water is great for electrical impulses
and neurotransmitters. And it can take, it could help somebody alleviate some anxiety and depression,
just lemon water, lime water. Just take a really good high quality water or good water. You squeeze
lemon, squeeze lime in there. You drink that every day. Every time you drink water, you put lemon in
there. That can really help with anxiety and depression. Something as simple as that.
Lots of spinach is really helpful. Okay. Bring in the heavy metal detox, do the cilantro,
do little dolls spiruline is amazing for for anxiety and depression that's a great that's a
great one okay and so think about that as well lots of leafy greens do lettuces very helpful
but make sure you do fruits too lettuces and fruits very helpful for anxiety and depression
so all these things matter they matter greatly all these things help boost us up and get us
someplace. Winter squash, really good for depression. Zucchinis are good for depression
too. Really helpful. You can steam zucchinis, asparagus, good for depression. Artichokes,
great for depression. Check out the thyroid healing book. You won't be disappointed.
Really, I promise you, you won't be disappointed. I put so much information in there from spirit.
my head almost exploded when I was writing that book almost because I was telling spirit please
please please have mercy on me when I was doing that book have mercy on me and if I told spirit
uh no no no I'm gonna shut you off I'm gonna turn you off I'm gonna go on a cruise because I'm gonna
just no I'll get back to you a month from now because you're a mean spirit that means you're
a mean spirit if you're gonna constantly give me information 24 7 so I'm gonna just shut you off
If I did that, these books wouldn't be here to help everybody. Thyroid healing wouldn't have been written.
So I thank spirit. And I thank you for doing all that you're doing.
So what else are you guys doing with your foods? Are you doing apples? Apples is incredible for depression, anxiety.
An apple a day, believe it or not, it's not about just keeping the doctor away deal.
An apple a day helps keep anxiety away.
It does.
What kind of apple do you like?
Do a Honeycrisp.
Do a Pink Lady.
I like Honeycrisp apples.
That's the ones I like.
I like Fuji apples.
Of course, I like a lot of heirloom apples, but you can't find them.
You can't find them.
It's hard to find.
You've got to go into an orchard in the fall somewhere in the country, North America, and just look for, you know, or whatever, and just look for upstate somewhere and find an apple orchard.
and try to get a Gravenstein or something like that.
And I totally get it.
But make sure you bring in apples too, very important.
Cucumber juice, incredible for anxiety and depression.
I've seen cucumber juice alleviate anxiety.
Just literally 10 sips of cucumber juice.
Think about that one a little bit because that one's good for it too.
and other foods don't be afraid of other foods that are in the fruit vegetable leafy green realm
very important very helpful do some essential oils the problem is with essential oils with
people who have really high anxiety some of them are too strong don't don't ingest them when you
got anxiety and depression it did i've seen some people that just doesn't really help so much but
you can use essential oils. Don't use them so strong where it's just, it's overbearing. Try
to dilute them or use less and just get, get that essence in you. The ones that make you feel good,
the ones that you like, because I love essential oils, but I also don't like drinking them down
in essential oil, drinking it down when you're, could be a sensitive person and you could have,
you know, some serious anxiety and your nervous system could be frayed and you're, you gotta,
you know, you name it. So look, take one day at a time, one day at a time, know that I care,
know that I love you. And, and I do, I do, because I know what you're doing. You're taking
care of yourselves. You're looking after your people. You're looking after your friends. You're
looking after your loved ones, your children, your family. And that means everything to me.
I want you to know that, uh, I'm blessed to know you bless you here for the show.
So thank you so much for just being you and take one day at a time.
You can heal.
You will heal.
Blessings.
Love you.
Take care.
